Geoinformation system (GIS) - is a modern technique for mapping and analyzing real-world objects that are taking place and predicted events and phenomena. Such systems are most certainly show the spatial data. GIS combines traditional operations with databases - the query and statistical analysis - the benefits of full visualization and geographic (spatial) analysis, which provides a map. This feature provides unique opportunities for the application of GIS in a wide range of tasks associated with analysis of events and developments, predicting the likely consequences of strategic planning decisions in the field of management, economics and science. However, the available data are often underutilized, and existing commercial analysis of geo-information systems require large capital investment, which severely limits the application of GIS systems, especially in small and medium-sized businesses.
